Terms and conditions

1 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Del D.Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”). These terms and conditions govern the contract relating to the sale of the products offered on the wshop website.scenariovintagestore between Scenario Vintage Store of Scenario Store based in Bari, via Nicola De Giosa 22, Part.VAT 08341440728 and the consumer (hereinafter “Customer”). The Contract which has as its object the sale of products offered between Scenario Vintage Store by Scenario Store and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Scenario Vintage Store. The purchase of products and services online implies full acceptance without reservations of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions").
The General Conditions will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Scenario Vintage Store. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are published and will apply to sales made from said date.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print or save an electronic copy of these General Conditions of Sale.
2 – Purchase method
The Customer can only purchase the Products present in the electronic catalog of Scenario Vintage Store (hereinafter the "Products" or the "Product") at the time of placing the order and viewable on line as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image attached to the descriptive sheet of a Product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, dimensions, possibly present in the figure. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the product for sale is used and therefore may show normal signs of wear. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Scenario Vintage Store by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Scenario Vintage Store guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
Scenario Vintage Store reserves the right to cancel orders deemed unreliable without notice. In this circumstance, if the Customer has made the payment and it is already credited, Scenario Vintage Store will immediately cancel the total amount of the order.
3 – Payment methods
All prices include VAT and are displayed next to each product.

Scenario Vintage Store offers different payment methods:
3.1 Credit/Debit Card – Pay Pal
Secure Payments. We use the PayPal circuit which allows you to pay with all credit cards safely and quickly. You don't need a PayPal account, just any credit/debit card (even Postepay).
If the Customer has a Paypal account, he can choose to use the latter.
No Scenario Vintage Store computer archive contains or stores data relating to Credit/Debit Cards. This data passes over a secure connection only at the time of payment.

4 – Delivery methods and costs
The delivery of the requested products to your home will take place via express courier. For shipments to Italy, the goods will be delivered to the indicated address and the shipping cost will be included in the price of the item. You are requested to accurately report all the shipping address data (including name on the intercom, or specific information that can facilitate delivery) and a telephone contact to avoid the package not being delivered.

Delivery times for Italy, with the exception of difficult to reach areas, are approximately 24 hours and in any case no longer than 2/3 working days excluding the day of the order, but may vary at the discretion of the courier based on the areas. The above times are indicative and non-binding, in the event of adverse weather conditions or strikes Scenario Vintage Store cannot be held responsible for delays and inefficiencies on the part of the courier.
Once the shipment has started and is made available on the courier's website, you will receive an email indicating the Tracking Number necessary to follow the shipment in every phase. If at the time of delivery you are not present in the place indicated by you, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery, after which in case of non-delivery the goods will be placed in storage at the branch of the relevant express courier and in this case for the collection will have to be paid a surcharge which will be your sole responsibility. If the goods cannot be delivered due to the recipient's unavailability or for other reasons not attributable to Scenario Vintage Store or the courier, all further transport, storage, packaging and miscellaneous costs will be charged to the buyer.
Once you have received the product it is important to check that:
– the number of packages (packages) indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered;
– that the package is intact and not damaged; any disputes must be immediately raised to the courier by the Customer who must affix in writing the words "CONTROL RESERVE" on the copy of the document that remains with the courier, specifying the reason in as much detail as possible: the type of damage, the package number, etc. otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. Scenario Vintage Store is not liable in any case for damages not reported following the aforementioned procedure. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the Products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting Scenario Vintage Store which will open a procedure for the possible replacement of the goods.
In the case of damaged goods, in order to verify the presence and extent of damage to the Products caused by transport, everything must necessarily be documented with a photograph in digital format, to be attached to the communication addressed to Scenario Vintage Store together with the scan of the courier's bulletin with the reserve specifications. In any case, no responsibility can be attributed to Scenario Vintage Store in the event of a delay in processing the order or in delivering what was ordered.
5 – Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. Within 10 days of delivery of the goods it is possible to request their return and obtain a refund of the purchase price. The Right of Withdrawal is not permitted to legal entities (e.g. companies, retailers, etc.) and to natural persons acting for purposes related to their commercial activity. To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must simply send Scenario Vintage Store a communication within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to Scenario Vintage Store, Via Nicola De Giosa 22, Bari.
Having received the notice of withdrawal, Scenario Vintage Store will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions for returning the Products, which must take place within 10 working days of receiving the instructions; the costs of redelivery will be totally borne by the Customer, as will the cost incurred for the first delivery shipment, which will not be refunded.
In order for Scenario Vintage Store to accept the return request, the following conditions must be respected:
5.1 Shipping costs are always paid by the Customer;
5.2 The products must be in the same condition as shipped and must be packaged in their original packaging; the goods must not have been altered in any way;
5.3 The shipment, until receipt is certified at Scenario Vintage Store, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
5.4 In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Scenario Vintage Store will take care to inform the Customer;
5.5 Scenario Vintage Store is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of returned Products;
5.6 Upon arrival at Scenario Vintage Store, the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original packaging are damaged and the product used or tampered with, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal as indicated below.
Having ensured that the returned products are in good condition, within 10 days of receiving the goods, Scenario Vintage Store will proceed with the refund via bank transfer. It will be the Customer's responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Code. ABI – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).
In the event of forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal, Scenario Vintage Store will return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging the shipping costs and will not refund the price paid.
57 Force Majeure
Scenario Vintage Store will not be considered in default of its obligations if performance is delayed due to a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of Scenario StoreVintage such as: natural events, terrorist acts, storms, floods, fires, riots, acts of sabotage, trade ban, strike, power suspension, failure of equipment, delays in transportation due to the same causes as Force Majeure, orders from civil authorities, acts, regulations, ordinances, of any governmental authority, acts of war, interruptions of Internet service, acts or omissions of the Customer. Contractual deadlines are postponed for the time necessary to overcome the consequences of a Force Majeure event.
58 Intellectual Property
All the information reported and, more generally, all or part of the shop.scenario vintage store itself, is confidential and protected. It is forbidden to reproduce trademarks and logos in use on the shop.vintage store scenery the Customer also undertakes not to copy, modify, translate, reproduce, disseminate, sell, publish, enhance and disseminate all or part of the information (even partial) present on the Site.
59 Obligations of the customer
The Customer declares and guarantees the following:
– To be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
– That he is an adult;
– That the data provided by him for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
