Can I make a return?

You can return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order by sending it back to the address below.(Please log in to your account and begin the returns process by clicking on your order. You will need to create your own your return shipping label. Once your return arrives at our location, your
refund will be processed to your
initial payment method within 1-3 days.)
However, shipping costs for the refund
are your responsibility. You can also return orders
online within 14 days in our store in Bari, but
purchases made in store are not refundable.

Can I receive information on sizes?

In the description of the garment you will find the size indicated
on the label, since for true vintage items, the actual
fit varies, you will also find the words
"recommended size" which refers to the current
s t1>fit standard.
So if you have doubts about the fit of the garment you are about to purchase, we invite you to compare the
measurements we provide on each item (as per the
illustration), with the measurements of a garment you
own.
We believe this is the most effective way to
get the size you want. If you need

Each product in our store is only available once, so it's unlikely you'll see anyone else wearing the same item. Because we are committed to offering you the best possible shopping experience, each item is chosen based on authenticity, quality and uniqueness.

Before entering our online and in-store classification and proposal process, we wash and iron every single garment with our own hands,

we then deal with the evaluation of the same and make sure that the conditions and any main defects are highlighted through the images and details of the product.

While we strive for maximum precision, we believe that small flaws and blemishes are part of the vintage charm and do not necessarily make an item less wearable or valuable.
